A clean roof, without the moss.
Moss, lichen and algae removed from tiled and slate roofs on homes and commercial buildings across Yorkshire.
Moss and lichen hold water against your roof tiles, block gutters and make a building look tired from the street. Left long enough, they work into the joints and shorten the life of the roof.
We clean concrete-tile, clay-tile and slate roofs, removing the growth and leaving the surface clean and even again. The technique is matched to the roof covering.
Roof cleaning is priced at £15 per m² with a minimum charge of £200 (ex-VAT). Every job is subject to safe access, and scaffolding where it's needed.

How do I work out the size of my roof?
A good estimate is the ground-floor footprint of the building plus about a third for the pitch. Put that in the quote builder and we'll confirm the exact size before we start.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Roof cleaning has a minimum charge of £200 ex-VAT, so smaller roofs are charged at that minimum.
Do you need scaffolding?
Every roof job is subject to safe access. Where the roof can't be reached safely without scaffolding, we'll tell you before we book the work.
